Schedule Your Pickup

Click the “Schedule Now” button on our website or download the CleanCloud app. Set your preferences, add special instructions, and choose a pickup time that works for you.

Prepare For Pickup

Place your laundry in disposable or reusable bags. If possible, sort items by family member to help us return everything organized and easy to put away. For any items that need special care—like delicates, hot water wash, or hang-dry—please place them in a separate bag and note the instructions in your order form. This helps us handle your laundry exactly the way you like it.

You’ll receive a message when we’re on our way and again once your laundry has been picked up. If you’d like a reminder the day before, just check the box in the order form—we’ll send you a quick heads-up to make sure everything’s ready to go.

Sorting Your Laundry

When your laundry arrives, we check all pockets and return any items found in a sealed sandwich bag. Then we sort your laundry by lights and darks (unless already separated). Any custom handling requests—like hang-dry items or extra care for delicates—will be followed as noted in your order.

Washing & Drying

We wash in cold water by default to protect fabrics and preserve color, but we're happy to use a different water temperature if you request it. Choose from premium scented detergents (Persil, Tide) or hypoallergenic options (All Free & Clear, Tide Free & Gentle).

You’re also welcome to send your own products—any unused portion will be returned to you. Fabric softener, stain treatment, and laundry sanitizer are available upon request. Laundry is dried on medium heat unless you request a different setting.

Folding, Hanging & Packing Your Laundry

Once dry, your laundry is folded or hung according to your preferences and packed neatly for return. If your laundry was sorted by family member, we’ll keep it grouped the same way to make unpacking quick and easy.

Delivering Your Laundry

We’ll return your clean, fresh laundry right to your door—folded, organized, and ready to wear. You’ll receive a notification when delivery is on the way. You don’t need to be home for drop-off unless you’d prefer to be.
